How you can get involved
We want you to have your say and help us shape the services you receive.
April 2025 - September 2025

of residents are satisfied with our overall service (target 65%).

of residents are satisfied that we listen to their views and act on them (target 54%).

of residents are satisfied that we keep them informed of what matters to them (target 77%).
You have a number of ways to get involved:
- Satisfaction surveys
- Complaints
- Resident Panel
- Events – estate action days, coffee mornings, annual open event.
- Consultation group
- Service improvement workshops
- And providing feedback over the phone.
You can find out more about these options on our website.
What have we been doing based on your feedback?
With just over half of residents satisfied that we listen and act, we want to tell you what we’ve been doing behind the scenes.
Each quarter, we look at all of the comments you make on our surveys, during consultations and through our complaints process to see how we can improve. Some can be easily implemented, such as us amending a letter to make it clear that it is going to all residents on an estate. Others take a bit more time, such as improving the repairs process which took us over a year to implement.
To summarise what we’ve been up to, we’ve created a Resident Involvement Impact Assessment.
