We had some great feedback from our consultation group on the Compensation Policy. They were happy that it was easy to understand and clear on what they could or couldn’t claim for. They mentioned that they weren’t aware of some of the policies, so we’ve included where residents can find them and how to request a copy if they aren’t on the website.
Sustainability strategy
We had over 100 residents help us make ccha homes more sustainable by giving us feedback on what was important to them. These comments have helped us develop a sustainability strategy that meets your needs.
