Sustainability programme

We'll develop a long-term sustainability programme to help us achieve Carbon Net Zero by 2050. This includes exploring and securing green funding opportunities, assessing the carbon performance of our homes and carrying out pilot projects to test and refine proposed improvements before implementing wider.

Success looks like: Road map developed and presented to the Development and Assets Committee.

Awaab’s Law

Continue to adapt our systems and processes to meet the additional requirements of Phase 2 of Awaab’s Law by 30 November 2026. This includes ensuring new hazards are investigated and resolved within strict timescales.

Success looks like: 100% compliance with the new, stricter regulatory timescales and performance reported to the Development and Assets Committee.
