We'll review the information we hold about our homes to ensure it is accurate, consistent and reliable across all our systems.
Success looks like: Develop a Data Strategy and begin work on establishing a Data Governance Group, data owners and a baseline for data quality.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
We'll improve how we record, monitor and report on our performance, using new data collection and analysis tools, and introducing automation and AI to help with clearer reporting and analysis. This helps residents, board members and staff understand how we're performing and where improvements may be needed.
Success looks like: Introduce Power BI reporting to provide tailored reports with improvements in the accuracy of data and presentation of KPIs, made available for staff and residents.
